Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 7 working days (as evidenced by the postmark), following receipt of the package, to return the order. After this period, the product will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be possible.

Products must be returned complete in their original packaging (including boxes, labels and accessories). They must be new, unused, unwashed and unstained. Any product not complying with these conditions will not be exchanged or refunded.

The customer may also return a product purchased with a promotional code or gift card. Once the return is accepted, a credit note will be sent.

Promo codes and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend sending the return with insured tracking and keeping the return receipt. Meelaq is not responsible for the correct routing of the return shipment.

On receipt of the return from the Customer, the condition of the product is examined. When the return is approved, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer. The refund is processed within 10 working days, and a credit is applied to the payment method used to purchase the product. The time taken to receive the refund may vary depending on the Customer's bank.

If the Customer's return is not approved, a refusal e-mail is sent to inform the Customer that the refund request has been rejected and that the product will be returned.
